Laura Whitmore and Ian Sterling have become one of the biggest and most successful power couples in British show business since starting their romance in 2017.
Irish host Laura, 37, and her Scottish boyfriend Iain, 34, have become household names in Ireland and the UK thanks to their co-hosts on ITV2’s hit dating show Love Island and interpretive duties.
After three years of dating, the lovebirds tied the knot in 2020, and just a few months later welcomed their first child, a daughter named Stevie Rae.
Although Laura and Ian are big names in the public eye, in their small family they live a fairly private life together.
In recent months, however, former MTV host Laura has shared a glimpse of their quirky London home on social media — much to the delight of her curious fans and followers.
A fashionista, Laura seems to have added a few bits of her personal touch to the decor of the North London home she shares with husband Ian.
This stunning property has a bright and airy feel to it, and the stylish couple added a lot of quirky designs, funky patterns and colourful tones to add character to their space.
Laura and Iain previously shared their stunning back garden, which has their own bar.
The pub, called The Snug, is outfitted with bars, wine racks and glasses, a few bar stools and Guinness on tap.
There is also outdoor seating on the deck on lazy summer days or when entertaining guests.
Laura wrote on Instagram back in 2020: “Sometimes you want to go where everyone knows your name and they’re always glad you came… The Snug EST 2020.”
As they appeared on Channel 4’s show during the pandemic, huddled up on comfy sofas in front of the TV, eagle-eyed fans were also able to get a glimpse of the interior of the main house through the couple’s appearance on the Celebrity Gogglebox.
The couple’s sumptuous L-shaped sofa allows them to stretch out on cozy evenings, while offbeat wall art and rugs give the room a stylish bohemian look.
Laura and Iain’s dining space has a laid-back yet warm feel to it, with low-hanging lighting adding a touch of modernity.
The couple bought a stylish wooden dining table that takes center stage in the space, while an adorable portrait of Laura’s dog Mick hangs on the wall.
The space opens up to a large open kitchen with white cabinets, vintage style tiles and beautiful sunflowers around the sink.
The lovebirds first shared what their home looked like when they moved in in 2019, when Ian took a photo of Laura across the table as they were eating fish and chips.
The pair called the occasion “the first dinner.”
