Dewan Clegg, of 90 Days Fiancé fame, revealed in a heartbreaking Instagram post on Tuesday that her three-year-old son, Sun, has cancer.

The reality TV celebrity shared the toddler with her estranged husband and fellow 90 Days star Lee Ji-hoon, who hasn’t been in contact with the boy for years.

Clegg asked fans for prayers, donations and support groups to help her and her family get through what she called “every parent’s absolute worst nightmare.”

“I vow to always be 100% transparent with you guys, and I now choose to share some of the most vulnerable and sad moments of my life in the hope that it will help others dealing with similar situations some strength,” Dewan wrote on Instagram.

She continued: “It is with great emotion and devastating heart that I announce that my beloved son Taeyang, who just celebrated his third birthday last week, was just a few days ago diagnosed with childhood cancer, B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia.”

“He’s had multiple surgeries and started chemo two days ago. It’s absolutely every parent’s worst nightmare and I’m trying to keep Taeyang, Drascilla and my baby strong.

‘The Sun will require round-the-clock hospital care and it will be a long two-year process with a high success rate of full recovery within five years. I’m still dealing with all this and asking for prayers,” the heartbroken mum wrote.

One GoFundMe A page has been set up to help cover early childhood medical costs that are expected to last for several years.

“The estimated cost of treatment for Luekemia is more than $100,000 per year, creating financial hardship for most families,” GoFundMe wrote.

There is no known cause for his particular type of cancer, according to the page, which was set up by Deavan’s relatives.

Last month, around his third birthday, Sun started showing symptoms of fatigue, wheezing and pain.

Doctors at a local clinic sent him home on steroids, but he ended up in the emergency room after his symptoms worsened.

“He’s had multiple surgeries and started chemotherapy two days ago,” explains Clegg

After several trips to the hospital, with little improvement, a specialist was called and the boy was diagnosed with cancer.

He is currently being treated at a children’s hospital and has undergone multiple surgeries.

Clegg, who is five months pregnant with a child in addition to Sun, is estranged from his father, Lee Ji-hoon.
