Actor Kyle Allen spoke about Laura’s shock and anger when speaking about Gary’s admission.

“But now that she knows he’s dead and Kelly’s dad, how is she going to tell her the news?
“Laura was pissed. But you already knew she had planned the future of her daughter and Gary, and now he told her he killed Rick, but in self-defense. Now she’s questioning the real reason Gary put Kelly in his protected and realized it was out of guilt.”
