This comes after Sarah came under fire for making an “inappropriate” joke about playground rides on her Radio 2 show.

The host asked listeners to write in and share their “random, shaky ride” on Tuesday’s Drive Time show.

One listener said they “loved” the roller coaster, but didn’t think they would “stay the course” on a small playground ride.

In response, Sarah joked that the small amusement park rides were held with “rusty screws and Blu Tack,” a comment that sparked outrage among social media users.

She said: “That’s what small local fairs are, isn’t it? Their coasters are held together with rusty screws, Blu Tacks and crossed fingers.

But many listeners took to Twitter to demand an apology, as they claimed her comments were “inappropriate” and “misleading.”

Some amusement park owners were also quick to slam her joke, as they said it was “harmful” to the amusement park business.

One person was furious: “Your comment about Fairgrounds last night was completely misleading and inappropriate.”

Another said: ‘@sarajcox your comment about Fairgrounds last night was totally misleading and inappropriate. An apology would be greatly appreciated.

“Every piece of playground equipment cannot function without annual testing by ADIPS inspectors.”

And the third comment: @sarajcox you want to visit a traveling exhibitor to see the truth of the situation and reconsider your comment yesterday, it is detrimental to traveling performers.
